Most of the time, when we lose someone we love, it feels like grief is just happening to us. We may feel lost, out of control, and overwhelmed by anger. But the truth is that healing from loss requires consciously engaging with the grief process, even when that seems scary or painful.

Join therapist Jacquelin Bush for a four-week exploration of how to transform the cycle of grief-related anger into a source of strength and gain practical strategies to navigate the pain of loss.

This program is open to anyone grieving any kind of loss of a loved one, at any stage. Whether your loss was recent or you've been grieving your person for many years, this group will provide the tools to help you find healing and peace.

Registration includes:

  • Weekly 1-hour online gathering via Zoom for four weeks
  • A private online community for ongoing support and interaction with other group members
  • Self-guided exercises for deeper reflection
  • Downloadable grief meditations
  • Unlimited access to video recordings of Jacqueline’s weekly group teaching

Please note that in order to respect the confidentiality of all group members, participant conversations will not be included in the recordings.
