Meditation Mini Course
Meditation has been the single-most helpful tool that I’ve learned in twenty years of struggling through grief. I know that meditation can seem intimidating but that’s exactly why I’ve created this mini-course to guide you through the beginning steps of creating space for this in your life.
This course is for anyone seeking relief from the depression and anxiety that accompany grief. When we are grieving we are often consumed with thoughts of the past and of the future. Cultivating a meditation practice can enable us to return to the present moment and alleviate much of the anxiety and sadness we feel swept away by when we are grieving.
I use meditation with all of my clients and am happy to say that they have consistently reported wonderful results. The meditations I've created here are easy to use and because they are guided, all you have to do is listen! And you can be brand new to meditation or a long-time practicer.
The meditations in this course can be returned to over and over. The only requirement is that you have an open mind and that you don’t put pressure on yourself to do this perfectly. There is no right way to grieve and no right way to heal. But I'm confident that these meditations can be useful tools in your journey of loss.
